PDF Compressor

Shrink PDF file size by compressing the document structure — right in your browser.

What is this tool?

This tool reduces PDF file size by rebuilding the document's internal object structure using compressed object streams and removing redundant data. It runs entirely in your browser - your PDF is never uploaded to a server.

También recomprime las imágenes JPEG incrustadas al nivel de calidad que elijas - que suele ser donde está la mayor parte del tamaño en documentos escaneados y PDFs con muchas fotos - junto con la compresión estructural sin pérdida del propio documento.

How to use

  1. Drop or select a PDF file.
  2. Click Compress and wait a moment while the file is processed.
  3. Compare the before/after file size, then download the compressed PDF.

Common use cases

  • Email attachments - Get a PDF under an email provider's attachment size limit without re-exporting it.
  • Faster uploads - Speed up uploads to application forms, portals, and cloud storage with strict size limits.
  • Archiving - Reduce storage footprint when archiving large batches of documents.
  • Sharing scanned documents - Shrink PDFs produced by scanners and office software that often embed uncompressed data.
